ReVest is an impact investment opportunity for individuals, businesses, and non-profits in the community to invest in their own backyard where they live, work, and play.
The Fund is focused on making impact investments in Olmsted county through strategic real estate investments. These type of investments provides both a benefit to the community as a whole along with a meaningful financial return for investors.
ReVest will create economic drivers by strengthening the tax base, promoting employment, providing goods and services to stimulate business activities across the community.
Area Strengths
The Rochester area has a variety of significant and valued strengths that strongly support the potential for success of a real estate community fund.
The General Partners believe the area is well suited for real estate investment opportunities. Rochester and the surrounding communities are home to a variety of well-respected businesses. The Rochester MSA serves as a regional transportation hub serving southeastern Minnesota, northern Iowa, and western Wisconsin with vital road, rail, and air service links to the entire nation and foreign destinations.
There are considerable opportunities for redevelopment with additional areas for new development in key parts of Olmsted county. In addition, the Rochester area offers access to a great education and park and trail system.
Our goal is to expand & leverage economic development initiatives, strengthen regional connectivity, and create a vibrant and dynamic area to live, work, and invest.
General Partners – Fund Managers
A Community General Partnership has been formed between REVocity and RAEDI. REVocity is based out of Northfield, and is business within the Rebound Partners organization.
General Partners are responsible for start-up, raising capital, deployment of capital, fund operations and asset management.
All members have extensive real estate, property development, and business experience. Our groups will be leveraging our complementary acumen to deliver favorable results for the investors and the community.
